Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Substitutions
The Stork Delivers reserves the right to substitute items of equal value or significance in any gift basket order. Every effort will be made to secure the listed ingredients, but we cannot guarantee that our suppliers will provide notification of out-of-stock or discontinued items. We will provide you with a beautiful basket with premium ingredients, and will do our absolute best to ensure the happiness of the recipient.
Payment Options
We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be charged only on orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania. Outside of Pennsylvania -- no sales tax!
Changing or Cancelling your Order
Should you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately call our toll free number, 1-800-94-BABYS (1-800-942-2297)to talk to a customer service representative (or leave a message if it's after business hours).If your order has already been processed, then it may be too late to cancel or change the shipment. We will, however, do everything possible to insure your satisfaction.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 day delivery)and USPS Ground (5-7 ) business days delivery. Some items can be sent via USPS Next Day Air for an additional charge. View the individual items below to determine the shipping and handling charges that will be added to your order.
International orders are not processed online. Please call or e-mail us for more information. A note on international shipments: All customs forms sent with the order will indicate that the package contains a gift. This should eliminate the need for the recipient to pay duty charges. However, we have no control over and accept no responsibility for any charges that are added on by customs officials in various countries.
Deliveries to Canada are subject to additional shipping/handling charges. Please call or e-mail us to place orders for delivery outside of the US and Canada.
Combined Shipping
If you are purchasing multiple items and would like to inquire about combined shipping charges, please call our Customer Service number at 1-800-94-BABYS (1-800-942-2297), and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that some items are not eligible for combined shipping savings.
Gift Baskets
All baskets shipped to Florida or the West Coast ( California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington State, Arizona, Texas, Utah or Idaho ) must be shipped USPS Ground( 5 - 7 business days) for $16.95 or USPS Priority Mail (2-4) days for $29.95. All other baskets will be USPS Priority Mail ( 2-4 ) business days for $16.95.
Sibling and Other Gifts
There are no shipping or handling charges for Sibling Gifts that are ordered with Gift Baskets.
When ordered separately, or with something other than a gift basket, Sibling Gifts are shipped within 24 hours, via Priority Mail (2-4 business day delivery) for a cost of $6.95.
Monogramed Blankets and Towels
Monogrammed blankets and towels are made-to-order and are shipped within one week, via Priority Mail (2-4 business day delivery) for a cost of $9.95. Next Day service is not available for these items.
Personalized Baby Rugs
Handmade and personalized nursery rugs are made-to-order and require ten to twelve weeks prior to shipment, via Priority Mail (2-4 business day delivery) for a cost of $14.95. Next Day service is not available for this item.
Moses Baskets
Moses Baskets are shipped within 7 business days, via Priority Mail (2-4 business day delivery) for a cost of $21.95. Next Day service is not available for this item.
Birth Announcements
Birth Announcements can also be sent Next Day Air; however charges are dependent on the quantity ordered. Please call or e-mail us if you would like to have your Birth Announcements sent Next Day Air.
Bedding Ensembles
Bedding Boutique ensembles are shipped within 4 weeks, via Priority Mail (2-4 business day delivery) for a cost of $19.95. Next Day service is not available for these items.
Baby Bootie Charms
Baby Bootie charms by Felix Vollman are made-to-order and are shipped within two to three weeks, via Priority Mail (2-4 business day delivery) for a cost of $19.95. Next Day service is not available for these items. All engraved items final sale.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with a USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online at www.USPS.com.
In order to guarantee delivery (and receipt), all shipments require a signature. The online tracking will indicate the date and time the shipment was received, as well as the name of the person who signed for it.
