At The Stork Delivers, we know that you're excited to get that gift to the recipient as quickly as possible. Some gift items, however, take time to be made -- especially when they are personalized or monogrammed.

That's why we offer a "Gift-O-Gram" service. Just check off the Gift-O-Gram option on the order form, along with the recipient's e-mail address, and we will send them your immediate "Congratulations" along with a message that something special is on its way from you. Don't worry, we won't tell them what it is... just that they can expect something soon.

We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Sales Tax will be charged only on orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania. Outside of Pennsylvania -- no sales tax!

Should you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately call our toll free number, 1-800-94-BABYS (1-800-942-2297)to talk to a customer service representative (or leave a message if it's after business hours).If your order has already been processed, then it may be too late to cancel or change the shipment. We will, however, do everything possible to insure your satisfaction.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). Some items can be sent via USPS Next Day Air for an additional charge. View the individual items below to determine the shipping and handling charges that will be added to your order.

International orders are not processed online. Please call or e-mail us for more information. A note on international shipments: All customs forms sent with the order will indicate that the package contains a gift. This should eliminate the need for the recipient to pay duty charges. However, we have no control over and accept no responsibility for any charges that are added on by customs officials in various countries.

Gift baskets are shipped within 24 hours, via Priority Mail (2-3 business day delivery) for a cost of $14.95.

Gift baskets can also be sent Next Day Air for $29.95. Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the same day. Please note in the "comment" section of the order form if you would like your basket sent via Next Day Air.

Spa Kits are shipped within 24 hours, via Priority Mail for a cost of $7.95.

Activity mats and all items in the Keepsake Treasures section are shipped within 24 hours, via Priority Mail (2-3 business day delivery) for a cost of $9.95.

Activity mats and Keepsake Treasures can also be sent Next Day Air for $19.95. Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the same day. Please note in the "comment" section of the order form if you would like this item sent via Next Day Air.
